Below are the marketing & lead nurturing campaigns, along with some explanation of how to understand them.
The table below describes the name of the step, days after the previous one that triggers the next one, and type. Which is what happens. Email means an email goes out to the contact/customer and appt / call back is a notification to you or your staff to follow up on the contact/customer.
This relates to when a person fills out a form, the next step is that a contact is created and an email thanking them for their submission is sent along with notice that someone will be reaching out to them.
This step is triggered by adding (clicking the field in the right sidebar) a lead into this track. The first automation happens as soon as they are added followed by the below sequence. Simply what this is for is to once an initial conversation is had (phone or email) and if after that initial call a request hasn’t been made for service/proposal.
Post Proposal Follow Up
This step is triggered by adding (clicking the field in the right sidebar) a lead into this track. The first automation happens as soon as they are added followed by the below sequence. This track is to follow up with the opportunity till proposal acceptance.
Unable to reach lead
After the lead comes in and after trying unsuccessfully to connect, this track should be initiated by adding them in the right column. Day zero an email goes out followed by the following.
Proposal has been accepted and work can be scheduled.
Proposal not accepted and opportunity can be closed.
